August 08, 2017 - Sewage release results in beach closure at Seneca Lake State Park

A discharge of an estimated 5,000 gallons of untreated sewage in a creek that empties into Seneca Lake resulted in Seneca Lake State Park officials shutting down swimming at the designated beach on Sunday, two days after the spill was reported.
